We are currently looking for a Cloud Operations Specialist to join our R&D Department in Madrid.Reporting to the Cloud Operation Lead, in this position you will work alongside qualified, senior Cloud professionals to ensure reliability, availability and security of our Board platform. Handling support requests from all over the world, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience on Azure Cloud and learn in an international environment the best practices to deliver excellence to our customers.

Key responsibilities :

• Become acquainted with the distinct features of Board platform and its deployment in the Azure Cloud environment
• Coordinate an effective troubleshooting process to identify and resolve Cloud issues
• Oversee support requests and needs of our worldwide customers
• Ensure excellence in delivering services to our customers through timely feedback and follow-ups
• Provide help and assistance to your fellow team members to troubleshoot and fix errors
