Regional Operations Coordinator
This is a dynamic and challenging role requiring exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills. You will work closely with the Spanish Regional Business Director to drive business growth and success in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the deployment of specific business tasks for the renewable energy business, ensuring timely execution and meeting set objectives.
Coordinate with the deputy General Manager on key client contracts / agreements, facilitating negotiations and implementation processes.
Manage administrative duties of the deputy General Manager, providing efficient support and ensuring seamless operations.
Organize and coordinate management / sales meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and facilitation.
Undertake additional tasks assigned by the deputy General Manager, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
Requirements and Qualifications :
Hold a full-time bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant is preferred, with at least 6 months of relevant experience.
Must have experience in the new energy industry, preferably in PV and BESS, with a focus on PV-related expertise.
Exceptional communication, coordination, and prioritization skills are essential, along with proficiency in PPT design, data consolidation, and meeting facilitation.
Strong ethical values and an approachable demeanor are required, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to frequent business travel.
Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Chinese, both oral and written, is necessary, as well as a willingness to live in Madrid, Spain, and be available for international travel (preferably with a Schengen visa).
