Transform business growth as a core member of the Revenue Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage systems, processes, and data to drive revenue strategy.
- Develop and execute strategic processes to optimize tools like HubSpot CRM.
- Ensure teams have insights and support needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Directors to enhance market performance and automation.
- Partner with lifecycle teams to create a seamless user journey, optimizing email marketing, nurturing, and reactivation workflows.
- Develop scalable and automated processes to empower marketing and sales teams.
- Maintain high-quality CRM data, ensuring all inputs from marketing sources are standardized and structured.
- Identify and implement innovative MarTech solutions to boost performance.
- Analyze data to uncover insights, detect trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements
5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations (preferably in B2B SaaS).Strong technical and operational mindset, with deep knowledge of HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub.Experience managing large datasets and previous experience with MarTech tools.Excellent stakeholder management and prioritization skills.Join a dynamic company where learning and professional development are integral parts of our culture.
