Overview

This role focuses on expanding business opportunities across South Spain by implementing strategic plans, originating and closing new business deals, and developing innovative security solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the CCTV or IT industries. Extensive experience within design agencies, prescriptions, and systems integrators is essential. Strong relationships with internal company directors, colleagues, and key clients are crucial for success in this position.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving project order intake, increasing average project order size, and contributing to regional business performance.

This field-based role requires extensive travel within South Spain and occasional travel outside of the region.

Develop and implement strategic plans, originate and close new business deals, and develop innovative security solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the CCTV or IT industries.

Extensive experience within design agencies, prescriptions, and systems integrators.

Strong knowledge of third-party products, protocols, and associated technologies.

Industry-related qualifications or a business or technical degree-level education would be advantageous.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Clean driving license.
