As the global leader in our field, we are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join us as a Business Transformation Analyst. We are seeking a versatile and experienced professional to take on a hybrid role that combines Business Analysis and Project Management. This position will handle strategic and transformational initiatives, act as a bridge between business and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and be comfortable working on technical projects without needing deep coding expertise.

As our Business Transformation Analyst, you will :

Responsibilities

  • Execute cross-functional strategic and transformational initiatives that align with the company’s vision, including both digital and non-digital components.
  • Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment between business and IT teams.
  • Document and validate business and system requirements through stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and data analysis.
  • Construct workflow diagrams and define system processes, data models, and governance standards.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation strategies, and track project milestones and KPIs.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between internal and external technical teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Act as a technical advisor on applications from a process, functionality, and data perspective.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Transformation roles.
  • Experience with CRMs and Business Intelligence tools (examples : Salesforce, Jira, Microsoft 365, any other).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to conceptualize IT processes and map them to business workflows.
  • Experience in database environments (no coding required).
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
