Thing or Two is looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to support our team in identifying, negotiating and closing deals with web-based brands, mobile app developers and suppliers.
We thrive on creativity and developing innovative solutions in order to help businesses grow and succeed in the mobile world. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing new strategic clients, as well as creating, managing and recording their sales activities in our CRM system.
Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing new strategic clients.
- Create, manage, and record your sales activities in the CRM.
- Seeking out new business opportunities for the organization.
- Meet and exceed the quarterly and annual KPIs assigned.
- Participate in the upgrade of our services.
- Generate new business opportunities by representing our company and its services.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to reach company objectives as well as ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Superior negotiation skills with the ability to craft ROI-oriented agreements.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experienced in working in fast-paced environments.Competitive-driven and results-oriented.Motivated for sales and business development challenges.Quick learner able to adapt to new technologies, software and responsibilities.Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.Experience or knowledge about the mobile performance industry is a plus.Benefits
