Key Roles and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary HR point of contact for associates and managers across European countries.
- Manage daily HR activities, including onboarding / offboarding, associate records, HRIS maintenance, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure consistent implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures across the region.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on associate relations, performance management, and development.
- Ensure HR practices comply with applicable labor laws and employment regulations across relevant European jurisdictions.
Requirements :
5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist or HR business partner role supporting multiple European countries.Strong understanding of European labor laws and HR practices, particularly in key jurisdictions such as the UK, Germany, and Spain.Proven experience in managing HR operations, associate relations, and recruiting in a fast-paced, international environment.Essential Skills and Qualifications
