We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources expert to manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. This role involves overseeing HR administration, payroll procedures, and employee relations while maintaining and updating HRIS and employee data.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Oversee HR administration, payroll procedures, and employee relations
- Maintain and update HRIS and employee data
- Provide strategic and operational HR support to international business units
- Resolve workforce issues directly on-site
Requirements :
