At IMAN Temporing, a company specialized in Human Resources solutions, we are hiring a Global HR Operations Partner (Field-Based) to take on a key role within a multinational environment.What will your responsibilities include?Managing full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.Overseeing HR administration, payroll processes, and employee relations.Handling audits and labor inspections.Maintaining and updating HRIS and employee data.Providing strategic and operational HR support to international business units.Resolving workforce issues directly on-site (mining, industrial, or construction projects).What are we looking for?At least 5 years of experience in HR within international settings.C1 level of English (French is a plus).Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 292 days / year to company sites in Africa – Ivory Coast – and Asia-Pacific – Australia).Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with HRIS platforms.A proactive, analytical, and solution-driven mindset.What do we offer?A dynamic, international role with real opportunities for professional growth and impact.A unique chance to be at the heart of global operations, working directly in the field.
