Responsibilities
- Design and deliver the country product strategy in alignment with Pluxee's product vision and the Country Marketing Director, in close collaboration with the Country Leadership Team.
- Oversee the deployment of the country product strategy across the company and work with the local leadership team.
- Manage the country product roadmap and deliver in partnership with the country CIO and Global Product & Tech teams.
- Track product performance and contribute to go-to-market processes aligned with local business requirements and product strategy.
- Contribute to Pluxee’s Product Vision and Product Strategy and ensure common processes are in place locally and globally.
- Deliver value to the country and the Pluxee group by pursuing key strategic initiatives to grow and diversify revenues.
- Identify and deliver offers and initiatives with the Country Marketing Director that can have a Pluxee-wide impact, including testing and pioneering them.
- Mutualize products across the group by deploying the company’s common product architecture.
- Improve global performance (revenue, cost, ROI) and develop new business opportunities through product development and strategic partnerships (e.g., with benefit providers).
- Lead product discovery to assess new products and features, map client needs, detail product solutions, and develop business cases with the marketing counterpart.
- Manage product communication, support sales and customer service in delivering products in coordination with the Country Marketing Director.
- Contribute to the delivery of sales content and training materials.

Work with the marketing team to define the go-to-market strategy.Deliver sales content and training materials in collaboration with marketing teams.People Management & Processes
Structure, empower, and develop the country Product Organization (skills, training).Deploy common standard processes (LACe & LPM).Promote collaboration with other departments.Share best-practices with other Country Product Directors and members of the Product organization.Certifications Requirements
Certified Product Manager (CPM) or equivalent preferred.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field.
Work Experience Requirements
10+ years of experience in product development. 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Languages
Fluent in English and Spanish.
