We are seeking a Director Product Manager to develop Gen.AI-driven SaaS solutions for our worldwide clients. The ideal candidate is strategic, passionate, and experienced in SaaS, product management, and customer-led innovation. You will collaborate with engineering teams to create impactful solutions addressing global challenges.

Responsibilities

Ownership : Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap to meet customer needs and drive growth.

Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute multi-year strategies aligned with market trends and company objectives.

Product Development : Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring compliance with regional standards.

Market Analysis : Research market trends, customer needs, and competitors to inform decisions.

Financial Acumen : Collaborate on forecasts, pricing, and multi-year P&L management.

Stakeholder Engagement : Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery.

Client Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

Product Evangelism : Represent products at industry events and customer meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or related; MBA preferred.

8+ years in product management, SaaS, cloud software, and gen.AI.

Proven track record of launching innovative products and increasing revenue.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market insights.

Excellent communication skills at all levels, including executive.

Experience with requirements gathering, Agile methodologies, JIRA, and global product launches.
