Job Description

At Docplanner, you will lead efforts to maximize our offerings' reach, ensuring they are delivered effectively to the right customers with minimal effort. Our Product-Led Growth (PLG) teams focus on building self-serve experiences that enhance engagement and scalable growth, collaborating across departments to understand and serve our customer segments effectively.

We are seeking a Product Director, PLG to lead these initiatives, develop strategies for doctors and clinics, and manage talented product teams. This remote-friendly role, based in Spain or Poland, reports to our CTPO and is critical in scaling our growth through product excellence. Your expertise in a data-driven, business-oriented product culture, and your ability to balance rapid iterations with robust solutions, will be key.

Key responsibilities include :

Inspiring and shaping a strong PLG product vision across teams

Navigating a complex ecosystem with varied acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell strategies

Aligning product strategies with overall company goals

Building collaboration with stakeholders in Sales, Operations, and Marketing

Ensuring product needs align with engineering and tech strategies

Driving innovation through data, market listening, and user research

Fostering a decision-making culture based on analysis and outcomes

Collaborating with global product leaders to drive transparency and impact

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years as a Product Director

Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, marketplace, or pricing environments

Proven success in high-growth, fast-paced settings

Track record of scaling impactful digital products

Deep understanding of product development lifecycle and agile practices

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership skills

Strong business acumen and market fit assessment skills

Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

Hands-on leadership approach

Healthcare experience is a plus, not mandatory
