As the Director of Product at deepset , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI business! You will lead a cross-functional team, define product strategy, and drive the development of innovative solutions that empower businesses to build mission-critical applications.

Your impact

• Product Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with deepset's overall vision.
• Product Vision : Clearly articulate the product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, including customers, engineers, business teams, and the broader market.
• Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Product GTM & Roadmap : Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term and long-term goals. Ensure cross-functional GTM execution and launch planning.
• Commercial Strategy : Work on pricing & packaging, as well as revenue growth.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market execution.
• Customer Focus : Translate customer feedback into feature requirements and specifications.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, drive adoption, and measure success.
