ROLE PURPOSE
We are looking for a dynamic Partner Development Manager to lead the identification, negotiation, and growth of strategic partnerships—both public and private—that expand NaviLens’ global reach. You will be the architect of a robust partner ecosystem that supports the promotion, sale, and deployment of our technology across key verticals such as mobility, retail, public services, and culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and implement a global partner development strategy.
- Identify high-potential partners : distributors, integrators, NGOs, accessibility networks, and public entities.
- Lead full-cycle acquisition : prospecting, evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Program Design & Enablement
- Develop scalable partner programs with clear tier structures, commercial terms, onboarding flows, and joint marketing benefits.
- Ensure programs align with NaviLens’ strategic priorities and adapt to regional needs.
- Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, fostering long-term trust and autonomy.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and performance review mechanisms.
- Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement
- Collaborate on co-selling strategies and participate in public / private tenders.
- Assist partners in building compelling proposals and project delivery models.
- Monitor partner pipelines and performance metrics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Deployment teams to ensure partner success.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and track partner KPIs.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, or related field.7+ years in partnerships, channel sales, or business development in tech, accessibility, or public sector environments.Experience launching and managing partner programs at scale.Proven track record working in international contexts with autonomy.Skills
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.Strategic thinker with strong negotiation capabilities.Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).CRM and data-driven decision-making proficiency.Bonus Attributes
