Industry Insights : Business Development Manager

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and relationships. They will have a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities, developing tailored value propositions, and delivering solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing market trends and industry developments to identify potential opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers in top-tier retail organizations.
  • Leading the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality projects and meet client expectations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or strategic sales roles, ideally in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation projects.
  • A proven track record of working with large retail and consumer goods companies in the Spanish market.
  • A deep understanding of the retail ecosystem, including supply chain, in-store technologies, e-commerce platforms, and customer experience solutions.
