Executive Partner Growth Manager Role Overview
To enhance our global presence and expand our brand footprint in Spain, we seek a driven Strategic Partner Growth Specialist to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key telecommunications providers.
This position reports directly to the Country Manager for Iberia, LATAM, and Italy.
Job Responsibilities
- You will establish, maintain, and grow a robust network of Telcos, MSSPs, and Tier 1 partners across Spain, focusing on key players such as Telefónica, Orange, and other major players.
- You will oversee the onboarding process of new partners, fostering long-term successful relationships.
- You will design and lead training sessions for our partners, covering product knowledge and ensuring effective implementation of our partner program.
- You will collaborate with partners to define business strategies, monitor their growth, and drive continuous strategic and commercial development.
- You will participate actively in industry events, promoting our solutions and reinforcing brand presence.
- You will create accurate sales forecasts and develop actionable plans to achieve business targets in Spain.
- Internally, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams. Externally, you will serve as a key point of contact, representing our company with professionalism and expertise.
- You will regularly update our CRM system with relevant partner and deal information to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Prior experience and established relationships within Telefónica, Orange, MSSP, Tier 1 Partners, or other leading Telcos will be considered a significant asset.
Your Skills and Qualifications
You hold solid IT knowledge gained through academic background, university studies, or equivalent qualification—ideally in cybersecurity or cloud services.You possess at least five years of professional experience in the IT sector and a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.Experience with enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman is highly valued, especially in complex sales environments involving multiple stakeholders.You have relevant experience managing strategic partners such as Telefónica, Orange, MSSPs in Spain, and successfully developed these relationships both strategically and economically.You are an excellent communicator, confident in interacting with partners and customers.You are willing to travel frequently (up to 50% of business days) and enjoy presenting and promoting our solutions during customer meetings, partner sessions, and negotiations.You bring a winning personality and thrive in an international, fast-paced environment.You have at least a B2 level of English, both spoken and written.You are driven by your own achievements and pursue your quarterly goals with passion and accountability.You are highly organized and know how to prioritize tasks to support the growth and success of our organization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
