About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our marketing department, you will develop and execute user acquisition strategies, stay ahead of industry trends, and optimize campaigns across various advertising channels.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement effective user acquisition strategies to drive growth and meet business objectives.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities within advertising channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and others.
  • Study algorithms of advertising channels to optimize campaign performance.
  • Formulate hypotheses based on data analysis and industry trends, testing and iterating to improve outcomes.
  • Analyze campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Work towards and exceed KPIs to ensure successful user acquisition efforts.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing creatives.
  • Partner with the Business Intelligence team to analyze data for informed decision-making.

About you

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with successful user acquisition campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of advertising channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
  • Intermediate or higher English proficiency with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in ideation and execution of marketing creatives, with a keen eye for innovation.
  • Nice to Haves

  • Experience in web user acquisition and understanding of the online user journey.
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, demonstrating a strong analytical mindset.
  • Previous experience in the health and fitness industry, offering insights into this niche.
