Overview Senior HR Generalist

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our team, supporting operations across multiple European countries. This role will report directly to the Chief People Officer and serve as a trusted partner to business leaders and associates, ensuring effective day-to-day HR support, legal compliance, and operational excellence across the region.

Responsibilities General HR Operations : Manage daily HR activities, including onboarding / offboarding, associate records, HRIS maintenance, and payroll coordination (in partnership with Finance / payroll vendors).

Compliance & Legal : Ensure HR practices comply with applicable labor laws and employment regulations across relevant European jurisdictions.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning : Partner with hiring managers to support full-cycle recruitment, coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure an effective hiring process and strong candidate experience.
