Global Human Resources Manager

Our organization is seeking a skilled HR professional to fill the role of International HR Business Partner . This key position will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources within a multinational environment.

• Full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding : Ensure seamless transitions for new employees, while also handling the entire recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.
• HR administration, payroll processes, and employee relations : Provide expert support in maintaining accurate records, processing payroll, and resolving any employee-related issues that may arise.
• Maintaining and updating HRIS and employee data : Utilize advanced technology to ensure all personnel information remains up-to-date and secure.
• Providing strategic HR support to international business units : Collaborate with global teams to identify and implement effective HR solutions that drive business growth.
