Telecoms Service Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Telecoms Service Manager to lead our team and ensure excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service and project management within the telecom sector, with extensive experience in managed services projects.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate trained staff to deliver high-quality service to all customers
- Act as the main point of contact for service management; report to the Senior Manager
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Telecom team
- Oversee project teams and service providers; coordinate across departments
Required Skills & Qualifications :
A thorough understanding of the Telecom domainExtensive experience in managed services projectsIn-depth knowledge of GSM, LTE, and 5G in Access and Core Network domainsHands-on experience with OSS tools and ITSM applicationsStrong Project & Program Management capabilitiesFamiliarity with CRM internal processes and systemsQualifications :
An associate's degree or equivalent professional experienceMinimum 3 years in technical support or service management rolesSeniority Level : Mid-Senior level
