Job Title : Chief Operating Officer
Overview The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the museum, ensuring effective performance in customer service, maintenance, security, and logistics. This role requires a strong leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and make strategic decisions to drive growth and expansion.
Responsibilities Operational Management : Supervise daily museum operations, including managing staff, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Process Optimization : Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and implement new strategies to improve internal processes.
Team Management : Lead and coordinate operations, logistics, and HR departments to foster a collaborative work environment.
Strategic Planning : Collaborate with executives to design and execute strategic plans for museum expansion and growth.

Vendor & Partner Coordination : Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and partners to deliver essential services and products.
Requirements 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in cultural, entertainment, or retail sectors.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
