Electrical Project Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the site works phase of our projects.

Job Description :

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor site teams including field services engineers, installation teams, and subcontractors for the installation and commissioning of Schneider Electric equipment.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers and general contractors for all construction and commissioning activities during site operations.
  • Develop, monitor, and update detailed installation and commissioning schedules, collaborating with the Project Manager to integrate these activities into the overall project timeline.
  • Oversee on-site work and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and plans.
  • Provide weekly progress reports to the project manager and monitor work progress.
  • Manage timesheets and maintain daily site reports, documenting activities, issues, and delays.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proven experience managing teams of contractors as a site or project manager.
  • Experience with data center projects involving major global clients.
  • Knowledge of Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Switchgear.
  • Experience in electrical equipment commissioning.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
  • Autonomous, organized, and decisive.
  • Awareness of quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Requirements :

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Willingness to relocate and reside permanently in Zaragoza, Spain, for approximately 5 years.
