Senior Manufacturing Operations Director

This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management, particularly within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational excellence and leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

• Develop and implement global Quality Management Systems (QMS) across the organization, ensuring seamless delivery and installation of zero-defect products for New Installation and Service lines of business.
• Collaborate with Product Development teams to design defect-free, competitive products, taking ownership of quality outcomes in global strategic programs.
• Define and implement supplier industrialization and qualification processes tailored to meet stringent quality, performance, and compliance requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Global Supplier Quality team, ensuring high performance among EOX and HIRI suppliers. They will provide guidance and support to local teams, fostering strong supplier relationships and promoting a culture of collaboration and alignment across Business Units.
