Job Title : Madrid Hub Operation Manager Cargo

This role is key to implementing the company's operational strategy in the cargo terminal, ensuring robust, sustainable performance, and delivering exceptional service to our airline and logistics clients. You will be responsible for regulatory compliance, including safety, security, customs, audits, and all operational procedures, while driving transformation, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead cargo operations at the Madrid terminal in coordination with internal departments (Operations, HR, Compliance, Commercial, etc.) and external customers.

Build and manage strong relationships with airlines, handling agents, and logistics partners.

You'll lead a team of approximately 370 employees, fostering leadership, accountability, and development through coaching, performance management, and motivation.
