In a role that ensures timely, efficient, and cost-effective operations, the Supply Chain Optimization Specialist will assist in all demand planning duties.

This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and in-depth knowledge of advanced mathematical and forecasting policies.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering or other related fields, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in demand planning / forecasting roles.

Proficiency in statistics, forecasting methods, and SAP or other software related to demand planning is preferred.

• Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons.
• Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
• Closely coordinate and communicate customer action plans to support Customer Service and Commercial team.
