To lead this transformation, we’re hiring an Operations Manager who will design, implement, and monitor the systems, processes, and data frameworks that allow Nuva to grow efficiently and sustainably.
About the Role
It’s a chance to define how a €600M+ assets company scales its frontline operations, ensuring that sales, support, and other execution teams can work with autonomy — backed by clear processes, KPIs, and tools.
You will sit at the intersection of execution and product / tech , ensuring that every workflow is standardised, documented, adopted, and measured. Your role is about empowerment : giving frontline staff the frameworks and visibility to make better, faster, data-driven decisions without depending on constant managerial input.
As the manager of frontline employees, your mission will be to establish the processes, tools, metrics and targets to empower and manage more efficiently. We are in a scaling phase and our focus is improving input : output ratio of managers accross the organization.
