Job Title : Talent Development Program - High Potentials in Biotech (Allergy Business Focus)

Location : Madrid, Spain / Shanghai, China

This unique opportunity is designed to cultivate future leaders who can grow rapidly within our organization and contribute to our innovative allergy solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage in project assignments across R&D, production, quality, product management, commercial, and other strategic functions within the allergy business

Develop and demonstrate leadership capabilities through mentorship and hands-on experience.

Contribute to cross-functional teams, providing innovative insights on market trends and scientific advancements as well as operational excellence.

Support regional and global initiatives, leveraging multilingual communication skills.

Candidate Profile :

Recent graduates or early-career professionals with a strong academic background in biotechnology, molecular biology, immunology, or related fields.

Demonstrated interest in allergy business and healthcare innovation.

Rapid learners with high adaptability and ambition to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Multilingual proficiency : Fluency in English and Spanish plus an additional language (Italian, German, French or Mandarin). Fluency in Mandarin is a strong plus .

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to work effectively across diverse cultural and linguistic environments.

Qualifications :

Master's degree or above in biotech, life sciences, or equivalent.

Proven track record of academic or extracurricular excellence.

Multilingual skills as specified are mandatory.

Prior internship or work experience in allergy sector is preferable.
