Your Mission
Your mission is twofold : support our People Leaders in becoming confident, values-aligned leaders capable of building high-performing teams, and steward our People Experience (PX) vision to align culture, strategy, and real team needs.
You’ll embed coaching, service design, and strategic leadership into our daily practices, working closely with the leadership team, Head of Engagement, and People Leaders.
You’ll manage our People Ops Manager, collaborate with Talent Acquisition, and oversee freelance support.
Your north star : help Bridge mature as an organization — strengthening leadership and systems while preserving our spirit and values.

Your Key Responsibilities
Lead Growth & Development of People Leaders and Their Teams (40%)Design and implement training for People & Team Leaders on feedback, coaching, delegation, conflict management, team dynamics, and people development.
Act as internal coach and thought partner to strengthen leadership capabilities.Promote a feedback-driven culture centered on learning, ownership, and growth.Integrate coaching principles into daily routines via resources, trainings, and role modeling.Foster cross-functional and regional collaboration through spaces for peer learning and reflection.Define tools and frameworks for performance reviews, goal-setting, and growth planning.Lead L&D initiatives aligned with team needs and company strategy.Design and Implement a Scalable People Experience Vision & Roadmap (30%)Create the People Experience PX vision and translate it into a clear, actionable 6-month roadmap grounded in experimentation and feedback loops, based on input from the Leadership Team, and People Leaders.
Ensure our people processes (onboarding, leading others, feedback, evaluation cycles, career progression, conflict resolution, celebration rituals, etc.) reflect and reinforce our values.Bring a service design mindset to PX — continuously gathering feedback and improving how we work, connect, and grow together.Align People Leaders and Area Leads around the PX vision, strategy, and roadmap.Design or source frameworks, tools, and documentation that are human-centered, scalable, and aligned with our culture and aspirations.Aligns our Talent Development Strategy to business objectives (20%)Act as a thought partner and advisor to Area Leaders and People Leaders on team evolution and structure.
Provide guidance on restructuring, talent acquisition planning, offboarding, and succession planning.Be the primary point of contact for our external Talent Acquisition Manager and hold them accountable to hiring timelines.Oversee people operations (10%)Lead the People Ops Manager, ensuring high-quality and compliant People Ops and Admin operations.
Qualifications
5+ years in talent development, people experience, or leadership development, ideally in a fast-growing startup or impact-driven organization.Proven experience designing and scaling people processes or learning journeys.Experience in service design, product thinking applied to PX, or org design is a strong plus.Coaching credentials or experience (eg, ICF certification, ORSC, Co-Active) is highly valued.Proven ability to lead complex projects from discovery to implementation and iteration.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage leaders and earn trust across levels.Fluent in English and Spanish.What makes a great fit at Bridge

Transparent salaries and fair compensation structure, mid-range for the social sector :Compensation of 44,000-48,000 EUR per yearLocation : Madrid, Spain.
