The ideal candidate willbe responsible for enhancing processes and implementing improvements to drive efficiency and excellence within our organization.This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's growth and success.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement process improvement projects based on 6 sigma tools and industry best practices.- Prepare budget and cost estimations to support capital expenditure decisions.- Lead industrialization projects and ensure timely implementation of new models and processes.- Identify and manage operating cost savings initiatives and track results against plant targets.- Audit and standardize processes, as well as manage action plans to ensure compliance.- Participate in achieving plant 5s targets and execute quick kaizen initiatives.- Support site digitalization efforts and collaborate with the quality assurance department to resolve customer claims.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field.- At least 3-5 years of experience in similar positions.- Fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, conversation).- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.- Ability to work independently and take initiative.- Previous experience in a position within the automotive industry.- Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma.What We Offer- An international and dynamic work environment.- Competitive salary and variable compensation.- Flexible working hours.- Life insurance provided by the company.- Optional medical insurance managed by the company.- Meal benefits (canteen).
