Your Role And Key Responsibilities
Daily production / process parameter monitoring and finding a root cause of failure & solving issue
Jointly responsible for sub process(e.g. Mixing, coating, Stacking, Cell baking, injection, etc) of the cell manufacturing with process experts
Supporting process verification concept for the sub process with technical evaluation of the input factors and output results
Responsible for evaluation of equipments capability and process parameter set up
Responsible for issuing the working instruction; parameter handbooks of sub process
Execution of Process verification and DoE
Organizing training for machine / equipment operation
Participation in Daily shop-floor management meeting
Daily and weekly Tear down analysis and weekly report Production data analysis for CpK improvement
What You Bring To The Team
5 years experience in the sector
Battery Industry field previous experience is a plus
What Makes You Stand Out
5+ years of experience in related roles

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science & Engineering or a related field.
