Employment type : Full-time, indefinite Spanish contract

Are you a Norwegian speaker ready to join a people-focused Customer Support team in sunny Málaga? We’re looking for motivated, proactive individuals to provide top-notch support for our European clients.

What you’ll do

Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
Solve problems efficiently, with empathy and professionalism
Collaborate with your team to continuously improve processes
Represent clients with personal, high-quality service

What we’re looking for

Fluency in Norwegian

Good command of English (spoken & written)

Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset

Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new platforms

Already living in Málaga or planning to move there
