Join Our Clients as a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative in Sunny Málaga!

Imagine working where others go on vacation the sunny Costa del Sol while helping customers with mobile and home services! Our clients make relocating easy, offering flight reimbursement and 1 month of accommodation to help you settle in smoothly.

What Youll Do :

As a Customer Service Representative, youll assist customers with mobile phones, internet, and TV services, including :
Mobile Services : SIM card setup, getting internet on devices
Home Services : Internet troubleshooting, TV box setup

REQUIREMENTS

Who Were Looking For :

Languages : Dutch & English

Customer Service Skills : Excellent communicator, customer-focused, problem solver

Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with computers and passionate about technology

Sales Mindset : Able to identify and act on sales opportunities

Permanent Contract

Flexible Hours : 39 hours / week, MondayFriday with some Saturdays
