This is a full-time remote role for a User Experience Researcher. The User Experience Researcher will be responsible for conducting user research, applying design thinking methodologies to gather insights, and investigating user behaviors and needs through various research methods. Daily tasks include designing, conducting, analyzing, and reporting on user-centered research and testing, collaborating with designers and developers to improve the user experience, and synthesizing research findings into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

Skills in Human Computer Interaction (HCI) and User Research

Proficiency in Design Thinking and UX Research

Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods

Experience in the technology or healthcare industry is a plus

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or related field
