AI Enhanced User Experience Designer

Descripción del trabajoDesign navigation flows for LMS platforms, interactive apps, and educational content. Apply accessibility best practices and support inclusive user experiences. Collaborate with editorial, product management, marketing, and technology teams. Lead user research efforts to understand behaviors, needs, and expectations. Define personas and user journeys relevant to educational environments. Build scalable, brand-aligned visual interfaces and design components. Design within existing design systems and style guides. Prototype low- and high-fidelity solutions for validation and feedback. Document interface patterns and maintain consistency. Apply generative AI tools to accelerate ideation and prototyping. Use AI solutions to support user testing and behavior prediction. Integrate AI workflows into day-to-day design tasks using tools like Uizard and Figma plugins. Degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, or similar. 2+ years of experience in UX / UI design, preferably in educational contexts. Proficiency with Figma, Miro, and agile tools like Jira and Confluence. Understanding of accessibility standards and design for inclusivity. Experience with AI-assisted design tools. Fluent in Spanish and English.
