What You Will Be Doing

Reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience of our core financial platform. Working closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholders, you’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and UX research to launch and iteration.

  • Own the roadmap and development of user-facing features, with a focus on intuitive, seamless interfaces
  • Collaborate daily with UI / UX designers to translate customer needs into elegant, functional design solutions
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product direction
  • Write clear product requirements, specs, and user stories that guide design and engineering
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, effort, and business goals
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality delivery and resolve trade-offs in real time
  • Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate updates, insights, and metrics to stakeholders across the company
  • We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or payments
  • Demonstrated success working on user-facing products with strong UX / UI components
  • Experience working closely with design and frontend teams to build consumer-grade interfaces
  • Strong understanding of agile product development and tools like Jira, Figma, and Notion
  • A keen eye for detail, with a user-first mindset and deep empathy for customer needs
  • Analytical and data-driven, comfortable using metrics to guide decisions
  • Excellent communication skills—you can clearly articulate product decisions and rally cross-functional teams
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset and a passion for building beautiful, useful products in fast-paced environments
