Overview

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience (UX) expert to lead our design direction and strategy.

Responsibilities

Developing and managing UX strategy, architecture, style guides, and interaction patterns.
Managing and coaching a team of UI / UX designers.
Contributing to the design of user interfaces in a team environment.

Key Requirements

5+ years of experience as a UX designer or similar role.

1+ years of experience as the lead or most senior individual of a design team with some people management responsibility.

Expertise in creating accompanying UX assets & UI / visual designs with an eye for detail, consistency, and systemic mindset.
