Descripción del trabajoA minimum of 5 years of experience as a user experience designer, user interface designer, or similar role. At least 1 year of experience leading a design team with some people management responsibility. Expertise in creating accompanying UX assets & UI / visual designs with an eye for detail, consistency, and systemic mindset. Familiarity with modern digital design software and tools like Figma. Experience with human-centered design processes and agile product development. Excellent customer experience intuition and ability to prototype using lowcode or nocode platforms. Make a meaningful impact on the user experience of our products. Collaborate with talented professionals who share your passion for design. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Overview
UX Design Director Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned UX Design Director to lead our design team and drive the user experience of our products forward.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design direction for our products, working closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Develop and manage design strategy, UX architecture, style guides, and interaction patterns to ensure consistency and efficiency in our user interface.
- Mentor and coach a team of designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and deliver assets such as wireframes, prototypes, and UI visual designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
