You will be instrumental in driving growth by providing innovative Software-as-a-Service solutions based on granular, real-time, omnichannel consumer data.
Key Responsibilities Oversight of strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform.
Act as a trusted advisor, offering consultative insights and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Detailed understanding of clients\' business needs, market trends, and KPIs to align our solutions accordingly.
Leadership of commercial negotiations and contract renewals with senior stakeholders.
Cross-functional partnership with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to tailor offerings and enhance the customer experience.
Driving account growth through targeted upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Requirements 5+ years\' experience working with consumer panel data or SaaS / data products in the FMCG industry.
Demonstrated success in managing large enterprise clients or strategic accounts.
Proven ability to drive commercial growth within existing customer portfolios.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
