Our ideal candidate has a strong background in engineering or business administration, with a proven track record of driving transformation and delivering results-driven sales approaches. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for this role.

• Accelerate the transformation towards a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach, enhancing customer value beyond product delivery.

• Identify and expand market opportunities in established and new sectors, based on market and client insights.
• Drive continuous improvement of internal structures and processes, promoting agility and operational excellence.
• Coach, empower, and develop the management team, fostering a culture of accountability and leadership growth.
• Maintain open communication with employees at all levels and act as a visible, hands-on leader and role model.
