As a Territory Growth Manager, you will drive business development in international markets, fostering strong relationships with distributors and supporting the adoption of innovative medical solutions.
You will work closely with surgeons, distributors, and other stakeholders to combine sales strategies with hands-on product application support. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on our global growth.
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with distributors, creating value through business growth
- Manage the full sales cycle in your assigned territories : from identifying opportunities and negotiating agreements to closing deals
- Support distributors with joint hospital visits, sales model reviews, product training, and assistance during surgeries
- Travel occasionally to meet clients, attend industry events, and represent us internationally
- Identify new sales channels, expand distributor networks, and contribute to overall business expansion
- Stay ahead of industry trends : analyze competitors, benchmark the market, and share insights with the team
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Clinical, R&D, Quality, and Regulatory departments
- Master our product portfolio and work hand-in-hand with our product specialist to resolve customer queries
- Co-create marketing tools and solutions tailored to specific customer needs
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Economics, or Business Administration2-4 years of professional experience, preferably in the medical device sectorStrong ambition to develop a career in business development and salesPrevious commercial / sales experience is a plus, but not essentialFluent EnglishWillingness to travel internationally
