We are looking for a professional who has a technical degree or vocational training related to technology that can provide remote software technical support to the Dutch and French-speaking printer markets.

You must speak Dutch and French , as well as English at a high level.

Functions :

• Providing software technical support to clients based in Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France.
• Providing a first level of remote customer support, telephone support and remote connection to diagnostic equipment.
• Opening of cases.
• Call log.
• Troubleshooting.
• Monitoring of cases and incidents.
• Communication with clients and partners.
• Reporting to higher team.
• Reporting and closuring of cases.
• Maintaining expected service levels.
