Job Purpose : The Remote Field Service Engineer (or Remote IT Support) provides 2nd level client support and services. This role collaborates with local IT support teams in France and other departments for incident resolution and service requests, specifically supporting the French business. Tasks include :

• Maintaining end-user devices : identifying, analyzing, and repairing equipment failures.
• Maintaining other equipment like printers, scanners, and warehouse devices.
• Providing training and guidance to end-users for high-quality support.
• Escalating incidents when solutions are unknown or cannot be resolved promptly.
