Remote Support (Dutch and German)

We are looking for a professional who have technical degrees or vocational training related to technology that can provide remote software technical support to the Dutch and German printer markets.

You must speak Dutch and German , as well as English at a high level.

Functions :

• Providing software technical support to clients based in Netherlands and Germany.
• Providing a first level of remote customer support, telephone support and remote connection to diagnostic equipment.
• Opening of cases.
• Call log.
• Troubleshooting.
• Monitoring of cases and incidents.
• Communication with clients and partners.
• Reporting to higher team.
• Reporting and closuring of cases.
• Maintaining expected service levels.
