About the Role
The Sales Executive will create and close new opportunities within an assigned territory, using a consultative approach to selling.
Responsibilities :
- Implement a sales strategy targeting key decision makers to build a network and drive business.
- Strategically cross-sell into existing accounts to highlight Vanguard's products and services.
- Serve as a trusted adviser to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
- Provide market intelligence to the Sales Manager.
- Expedite the resolution of customer questions, problems or complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications :
2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience; logistics industry preferred.Goal-oriented and ambitious, with capacity and drive to achieve and exceed quotas.Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota and ability to build productive, mutually beneficial relationships with customers.Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels; strong collaboration and teamwork.Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
