We're scaling quickly in data centres and technology, and we need a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to help us attract, engage, and hire top talent. This is an opportunity to build and grow our global TA function in EMEA, partnering with leaders across the globe to drive sourcing, recruitment, and employer branding initiatives that deliver real impact.

You'll be part of a dynamic global TA team, leading end-to-end hiring for key roles in data centres, tech, and infrastructure. Your challenge will be to build pipelines by sourcing and engaging passive talent across markets, driving recruitment marketing campaigns that grow awareness and talent communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end hiring strategies for key EMEA roles, focusing on data centres, tech, and infrastructure.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and engagement of passive candidates.
• Drive recruitment marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and talent community growth.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide market insights and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
• Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
