Overview

We are looking for a strategic business partner to collaborate with our product teams and contribute to the development of new customer features, seamless customer processes, and enablers that will enable us to move faster in future developments. The ideal candidate will be capable of translating business needs into delivery requirements by working closely with the squads through the whole product lifecycle and acting as a bridge between business and technology.

Main Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into requirements for implementation.
  • Prioritize initiatives in short cycles based on value delivery for our customers, defining an initial minimum viable product to be improved with feedback gathered.
  • Manage dependencies, non-financial risk issues, and impediments.
  • Ensure quality in production uploads.

Digital Strategy

As an expert in digital experience, the strategic business partner will be proactive in identifying new capabilities in our digital platform to engage our customers and increase efficiency in our assisted channels, bringing the best experience in moments of truth.

Customer Experience

The strategic business partner will provide the best customer experience by designing, mapping, and constantly improving the customer journey performance, leveraging the PACE methodology.
