About The Role
- Manage Fever’s biggest partners and their events / projects across all verticals (such as large exhibitions, music festivals, immersive experiences, permanent / renowned attractions, and sports), ensuring strong, long-term relationships and consistent performance growth.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of each partner event and project, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance) to ensure seamless and timely execution, tracking all actions and progress.
- Foster strategic relationships with partners by understanding their needs and objectives, acting as a trusted advisor, and leveraging Fever’s expertise to help them achieve their goals. Anticipate needs and address challenges, collaborating with internal teams to develop solutions aligned with Fever’s mission and partner satisfaction.
- Drive partner performance by establishing KPIs, implementing data-driven strategies for growth, and tracking performance metrics with regular updates and insights. Prepare reports highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Gather feedback from partners on Fever’s products and services, translating insights into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and operations improvements.
- Grow into a team manager role by providing leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, fostering a collaborative environment, conducting training, and supporting their professional growth to enhance partnership management.
- Develop a 360-degree understanding of Fever teams and processes.
About You
6+ years in project management or management consulting.Fluent in English and Spanish is a must. Fluency in other languages is a plus.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a proven track record of building positive working relationships.Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented. Ability to handle large volumes of work across multiple workstreams.Curious, ready to push boundaries and try new concepts.Strives for excellence in own work and in the work of others.Strategic thinker when facing partnership challenges and leveraging Fever’s data.Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty.MBA highly valued.Benefits And Perks
