About us

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing our legal and compliance work to support our business growth.

Reviewing, negotiating and drafting various business contracts;
Providing legal advice and support on a daily basis, reporting regularly and implementing requirements;
Handling lawsuits, arbitrations and possible legal disputes;
Supporting the set-up of our legal compliance system, including data compliance, anti-trust, anti-unfair competition and employment compliance;
Conducting legal research and providing relevant training;
Expanding local legal resources, including setting up relationships with law firms and institutes;
Providing legal support for our subsidiary incorporation and administrative registration.

Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree or above; LL.M or JD preferred;

Relevant educational background in Spanish law or graduated from a Spanish law school;

Passed the legal bar examination;

3-5 years working experience, preferably in the automotive industry;

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong professional responsibility;

Proficient English and Spanish;

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with international teams.
