Senior Commercial Lawyer

Job Responsibilities Review and draft agreements, legal documents, and contracts related to business operations.

Handle corporate, IP, KYC / AML, data protection, IT, and labour law-related matters.

Research legal issues, analyze risks, and implement solutions that drive business objectives efficiently.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Develop and maintain comprehensive internal legal databases and documentation.

Requirements A Master\'s degree in Law, with international education considered advantageous.

Proficiency in business English and Spanish, with excellent analytical and writing skills.

Minimum 5 years of experience as an in-house counsel, sole practitioner, or associate lawyer in a reputable firm.

Strong commercial awareness and business acumen, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in corporate, commercial, tax, and administrative law, along with relevant certifications.

Familiarity with the gaming industry, combined with a strong network of professional contacts.
