Global Legal Counsel Role

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our Overseas Legal Department, you will be responsible for aligning with our European Regional Manager and handling core responsibilities including contract management, dispute resolution, regulatory advisory, compliance leadership, and functional development.

You will play a crucial role in managing complex legal matters that have significant operational impact. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring that our business operations remain compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with clients, suppliers, and third parties.
• Managing complaints and disputes involving customers, suppliers, or third parties.
• Providing support on complex regulatory matters.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for competition and compliance matters.
• Staff training on critical legal topics, external counsel relationship management, cross-functional initiatives, and supporting external growth initiatives.

Requirements
